How does Gemma work?

After signing up, simply enter your business name, and we will generate a starter AI agent based on publicly available information about your business. Once generated, the agent can answer questions, book meetings, and take messages using the phone number we assign. From there, you can request customizations to the training data, wording, accent, behavior, phone number, and integrations as needed.

How much does Gemma cost?

Gemma starts at $49/mo, which includes 250 minutes. Additional minutes are charged at $0.25 per minute. The plan includes the phone line and agent development costs. There is no long-term commitment, so you can cancel at any time.

How is the AI agent created?

The base agent we generate can answer questions, book appointments, and take messages. Once deployed, you can request ongoing customizations for free. You can request changes to the language, phone country code, FAQs, or discuss advanced business integrations with our team. We also monitor performance by observing interaction logs (accessible to you as well) and proactively update the agent with improvements, fixes, and enhanced handling of customer inquiries.

Can I continue to use my existing business phone number?

Yes, you can continue using your existing business phone number. The primary change involves how missed calls are handled. For example, your current phone provider likely allows forwarding missed calls to another number (the one we provide). Alternatively, you can set up your existing number to forward all calls directly to the number we provide.
